I don't buy this ethanol business. I drive to a remote highland petrol station for 2 star.

I always sensed that my Honda CRV diesel ran better on Shell V power but now I have Kia hybrid I’m not so sure. As my outings in the car and trike are somewhat curtailed at the moment I go for the good stuff all the time.

Re: E10 fuel consumption
I always fill up with super unleaded, normally V-Power as I have plenty of Shell stations on my way to and from work. I believe Esso do the highest octane petrol but not many stations around!
As for the sausage man,he is so wrong,he needs to go north to get his sausage, square Scottish sausage is the way
My local petrol Station is Esso; the premium petrol is horrendously expensive but that's life.
As for the sausages: I'm keeping quiet.

Not square, smoked. You can't get smoked sausage in the chippies down here. It's a travesty.Waldorf wrote: Sun Jan 09, 2022 9:14 pmI always fill up with super unleaded, normally V-Power as I have plenty of Shell stations on my way to and from work. Huh...we can get square or octagonal shaped smoked sausages in my chippy! Haven't lived until you've had these!
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!
