Why oh why don't they get the power up to the maximum 15hp allowed by the regulations. I doubt it will compare well with the S-wing.

It's not just pure power to 15bhp, to qualify for an A1 licence rating it also has to have a power to weight ratio of 0.1, the A2 licence is 0.2, thats why the Duke 390 from the factory does not qualify as an A2 as it's too light so if needed a 1.5bhp mod reduction has to be completed by the dealer.
