Hi mate, it may just need new new variator rollers as they wear down, you tend to hear them more, if you have not got a workshop manual download from here, it will be same as your model... just put the code in at the bottom middle and it will download a pdf file, i think page 36 is the drive inspection part, easy to do, have a read http://www.pdfmotomanual.com/index.php? ... 61c4222cea" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

:D
I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.

Could it be the "Dieseling" sound?

You might want to think about looking on Burgmanusa.com there's plenty of specific Burgman related advice on there. There is a fix for the noise you have - my friend has a 650 same age and mileage as yours. He carried out the modification and it cured the noise. Only took him about 20 minutes but he is a motor mechanic. I think the parts cost him about £130. Heres a link to the thread on BUSA. http://burgmanusa.com/forums/15-burgman ... 650-a.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Paddle harder. I can hear banjo music!
