Re: DATA
Awwwww, you brought a tear to my eyes you two!
Thank you.
Yes now out of hospital. Was about to pm some of you guys to update you but no need now. Having to take it easy. Just had my obligatory bucket load of pills for breakfast!
All the tests, scans & angiogram showed heart & arteries in very good condition. But there is an electrical issue causing the problem. Being managed with drugs at the mo to see how it goes. Just feeling very tired & weak at the mo.
Hope you're all good, ride safe & thanks again. Remember...

Re: DATA
Electrical? Did they check your stator?
Joking apart, it's good to hear from you.
Best wishes.

Re: DATA
Thanks mate! Yes, they spent ages checking ECU, stator & wiring in the chest. Came to the conclusion it's all getting a bit dodgy.Waldorf wrote: Wed Sep 07, 2022 10:24 am Electrical? Did they check your stator?

Re: DATA
Yes, that would be nice if they do the trick. Currently heart is not beating quite right but it may or may not correct itself. It's a bit like a four cylinder engine running light on one cylinder at the moment. Plus when I put my foot on the gas the engine starts to misfire a bit. That's what led to my heart attack. Cardiologist's parting words were "don't worry data, you're very unlikely to drop down dead!"! Ummm....comforting I thought, sort of.smeghead wrote: Wed Sep 07, 2022 10:48 am Good news you're back home! Pills, pills and more pills. Fingers crossed they are the answer.

Re: DATA
Welcome back Data, Actually I didn't know you were in trouble - much like myself, Ive not been out on bikes or car since last October when I went into hospital with chest and back pains, after 3 weeks in there and having had many tests, ECG’s and the tunnel thing (cant remember its name) the surgeon told me that I couldn't have more stents as I am packed with 9 right now and theres no more room so I was discharged under-observation with my condition being controlled by pills which is not satisfactory as my standing ‘duration’ is 10 minutes or sitting 2 hrs….
BUT Welcome back Data.
Jim

Re: DATA
Jim, thanks mate! Sorry to hear you are still not running about. Pills often take time to work and sometimes don't of course. But hoping for some good things for you Jim. I'm not driving or riding at the moment even though they haves said I can. Don't honestly feel up to it right now. Wife is taking me everywhere, even walking me down the road and back in case I keel over. Been very dizzy and unsteady, so I know how you feel I think. But it's nice to be back. Speak soon Jim.
