My heated grips lights keep flashing when not on, has anybody had this problem before or is this them resigning from life.
Burgman 650 factory fitted,
These only flash when ignition is on.

Is it still the same when the engine is running?
It could be a low voltage warning, thus not allowing you to use them until the battery has enough charge?
If this is the case, charge your battery or it could need a new one.

its a new battery noticed it on way home from work one night/morning .
after weekend ride plus 44 mile round trip for work i would not thought it could be battery.
new regulator not that long ago, have used since as i am now preparing for Landsend

Just ordered new regulator they will test old one as I only got it 2nd May last yeat

Just fitted new regulator old one was the problem will send back for them to test, I wonder if I could also claim for my knackered battery
