You will not be able to park outside the Penny Garth Cafe very soon,as the council is to put double yellow lines along the main street,this is due to complains about bike obstructions on the road and footway.

oh well no more spending my hard earned in unfortunately named village ;-) They haven't been speaking to Helmsley have they? they are just as unfriendly to bikers.....

It looks like they're planning to build some offices of some sort opposite the burger van at Devil's bridge as well. If this is the case I won't be visiting there so much either...... :cry:

Hi wozza,there is another burger van at week ends in the field across the road,the farmer has taken the fence down so you can get to it,i passed on Sunday they where both very busy.

Hiya, yes the second burger van is only allowed to trade for a limited number of days a year apparently.
