Having owned both, the Nexus is a poor mans TMax, though I do miss the remote boot button on the key... the seat height adjuster (I can see more in traffic on the Nexus)... and the hinge on the seat opening the right way not from the rear

Hello and welcome! ...for such long distances i'd suggest the Burger 650, also, the Nexus is a great scooter and is far more comfortable than it's seat would suggest, great on fuel and has fantastic handling. If i was off to Spain though, and personally having the choice of the Fuoco, Nexus and Burgman 650, i wouldn't hesitate about hopping onto the Burger.

I vote for the 650 Burg the wife loves it on the back, she couldn't ride my other bikes as her back couldn't take the jerkiness of the gears and brakes , you don't get any of that on the 650
