Vespa GTS to Burgman

Hi all, my introduction to maxi-scooters was that I was touring Spain and Portugal with the lads at the end of June on my Vespa GTS and thought this is great but I'd need something bigger (but not too big) if I wanted to take Mrs B away with me next time hence picking up a new Burgman 400 when I got back. First impressions are that it's good - it just feels like a bigger and heavier version of the GTS, but unexpectedly the seat and seating position is not as comfortable as the GTS, so I've decided to keep that as well.
Could anyone please help with advice on these queries for the Burgman?
Q: I'd like to wire my TomTom Rider in from a switched live circuit, where would be the best place to do this? I'm assuming there is no accessory block so I'd need something like the tail-light circuit but where is the most convenient place to access that? I'm assuming the cigarette lighter port is not useable as I am told it is 5v and I will need 12v.
Q2: I've been trying to source the Givi TB3115 backrest for Mrs B (she's not keen on the top-box pad), but no-one in the UK seems to stock them, and ordering from the continent has been a let down so far. Any reccomendations?
Thanks in advance
