Surprised they did that as one had no helmet, in the NE I heard ? they are apparently told not to chase if no helmet.

Couple of 'em tried to nick a young woman's jewellery in London, (I think) threatened her and her small child. Group of scaffolders chased after the low lifes, one of the scaffolders with a length of scaffold pipe in his hands ready for use! Only a matter of time before someone does give these louts a good hiding, or worse. Trouble is, they'll be the ones that end up in court.
