The Wonders of Modern Technology...

Post by MrGrumpy »

British Summer Time is here! I was amused to note the different procedures I needed to change the time by 1 hr on the mk1 and mk6 Tmax...

Mk6
Press Menu button
Press Scroll Down several times until 'Clock' is selected.
Press Menu to select hours, then press Scroll Up or Down to change Hours
Press Menu twice, to go through Minutes and back to main menu.
Press Scroll Up several times until 'Return' is selected, then press Menu

Mk1
Press the hour button once.

I'm sure we can all celebrate exactly how much easier the advances in Modern technology have made our lives......

I thought my SH300 was automatic but I had to change the clock manually!

I'm just planning a route to Westbury to see old school chums. I'll be hitting that neck of the woods I think, rather than M5/M4.

Bit sad here in Oz, next weekend I have to do the opposite, and change clock back 1 hour. Summer gone, here comes winter
