Happy Day to everybody! I am one of the few Americans that's in love with the Yamaha TMAX, owned both the 2009 and now own the 2015 TMAX 530.
I came here to maybe find others that share in the excitement of the TMAX.
Here in America the TMAX is a ho-hum-boring bike, most people don't know Yamaha sells it here.
I had to go thru a hassle just to get any Yamaha Dealer to order one for me by paying for it up front, of course I paid full price with no discounts.
Last I heard is only 5 were sold in all the U.S.
Ever since last year when I got it I have been searching for accessories for it, I already have the rear rack and windscreen and I am excited to be here to see what you guys did to your TMAX.
So Thank You for inviting me and I will do my best to be friendly and NOT talk about motor oil.

Welcome, I've just recently added a T Max 530 ABS Model to my automotive collection & absolutely love it!! I've always been into classic Italian scooters but couldn't resist the charms of the Max...enjoy :-) I am!

Hi!

Modifications I have done to my MK3:

Cut down a spare standard screen by about 8 inches.
Taken off the rear MK3 mudguard, modified the undertray and attached a rear MK4 mudguard.
LED strip lighting added to the front, so I have three different colors of white light which stand out more in traffic.
Vinyl wrapped panels to my own design.
Plastidipped Wheels Red/Copper
Fitted Heated Grips
Dr Pulley Rollers and Sliders (17g, last longer than standard, also slightly lighter)
Brisk LGS Sparkplugs (multi spark)
Sprint Air Filter (Just needs blowing out, lasts life time of bike)
OSRAM Nightbreaker Light Bulbs
Removed underseat storage light and replaced with LED strip actually under seat so it lights up the area much better.
Changed fuel pump for uprated pump (2.5bar to 3 bar)
Changed Fuel pressure regulator (2.5bar to 3 bar)

I may have done other things but can't think of them right now.
