I have just got a Burgman K6 to replace the Piaggio X9 250 with is now up for sale.
Can any body tell why Suzuki does not mention the linked brakes in any of their info, and also no info on the security immobiliser?
My insurance wants to know which one I have but no info I have a choice of Suzuki 1 or 2 ?

Many thanks
Mike

I think the Burgman 400s may have lost the linked brake options a few years back? I certainly went to see a 2006 model that had twin discs up front but not linked front and rear. Easy way to check if yours has linked brakes is to lift the front wheel and spin it then apply the left hand brake lever. HTH

Its interesting with the 600 Sym lost the linked brakes, have they gone out of fashion or do they not work that well with ABS? I have to say I cant say I miss them however I do like my ABS.

The Piaggio system linked brakes work great, hope the Suzuki ones do to icon_blackmax_.gif
