suzuki burgman 650 service manual

anybody got a suzuki burgman 650 service manual for an 03 plate for sale want to do tappets but owners manual does not say. have looked at the on-line one but diagrams are not clear.

want to do tappets
You do know that there no Tappet adjusters on the 650, it's bucket & Shims?

I did not know that this is my first scooter and its a big learning curve for me thanks for the heads up on that. look like I am going to have to leave that to someone who is in the know. I do try and do things my self much as possible. I don't suppose normsthename that yopu would know what equivalent to the radiator fan would be. mine is naffed and been try to find a replacement with no success.

to be honest not heard a rattle I think I will just stick to changing plugs, oil and filters

Looks like someone has replied to the Fan question :)
Regarding the valves, they do not go out of adjustment very often and a lot of owners don't check them for the first time until at least 32,000 miles :)
If I remember correctly when the 650 first came out, Suzuki quoted something like 7 hours labour for the 16,000 service with valve check :shock:
