Burgman 250 rider checking in

Hello - I'm new to scooters. Spent my entire life riding sports bikes, but since I now commute 15 miles each way into central London every day I decided to make a sensible decision and buy a bike with a decent turning circle, low running costs and plenty of storage space. Other men buy sports cars when they have a mid-life crisis, I bought a low-mileage Burgman 250... And that's why I'm here - having a few problems and in need of advice.

A 250? How old is it? They haven't made a Burgman 250 for many years.
