Seat a tad too low, fed up with scraping the stand, also i have some speed bumps where I live and have scraped the bottom tray a few times.
Only looking in to it, I might not buy.

As well as giving better ground clearance, I think the idea is, raising the back end a bit puts more weight on the front to supposedly improve the handling.
I bought this contraption a few years ago but never got round to fitting it, so can't say if it works or not.
I must stop buying things I don't use

I will fit it one day though!

Yes !!!! raising the rear end will , all things being equal cause the machine to turn in quicker but will also cause the forks to work harder and sooner which in turn will have a knock on effect through braking and also tyre wear and the manner in which it wears .Stability on a maxi should not be effected too much due to the longer wheel bases .Just raising the rear however will not make a lot of difference when it comes to sleeping policeman and the like so a front fork adjustment may also be required ,if the fronts have no preload adjustments then a cheap easy option is to machine up a 1" piece of nylon doweling and insert into the fork tops to preload the springs .You could fit a set of progressive springs which will also improve the ride , i would however fit a progressive spring to the rear at the same time so both ends are working more together .Back in the day we used to use 2pence pieces for preload lol .
