:08/08/2014 Run up to Aberystwyth now FRIDAY

I will be running up the coast road to Aberystwyth, from Cardigan on Thursday if anyone fancies an ice cream on the prom about mid day.
Weather looking good...

Request for Info - mikbak, and others in the know...
In Wales 9th - 15th... renting a barn/cottage on a farm Nr Hebron...
Doing Folly Farm and Oakwood theme parks - so thats 2 days...
Any suggestions for near by activities for kids of 9 and 6 would be most welcome
best beaches, parks, etc etc - and/or where to avoid...

Trip to St Davids and boat out to Skomer Island
Caldey Island from Tenby
Apart from that spend time on the beach
Get up North of the county some stunning beaches..

Sorry mate will be riding up Friday now, gotta drive Nyssa to hospital tomoz now.
Would be good to meet up , around 12:00 still got that grinder for you..

Or you can always camp in the mud in New quay, Meldrew is the expert on that one
