Road Tax Disc Holder

Hi All
Where on a Burgman 650 is the best place to attach the Road Tax Holder? Wont be a problem for next year as I think they are doing away with the paper Tax Disc all together.

Well a lot don't bother, just carry it under the seat, but if you must then off one of the front nearside brake caliper bolt works.

This is where mine was fitted by the dealer using I assume by bending the plate. 1st October this year is when it's legal to not display them and it's all digital.
Or get a car screen disc holder and stick it to the screen. I did that with my B400.

I haven't bothered with a tax disc since I purchase my NC in March.

Stuck mine inside screen but it started detaching at 70mph so it is now in glovebox.

I got nobbled in London yesterday, in the City, by the Metropolitans finest. It seems it's not enough to have a tax disc - it must be displayed. I didn't have one as it hasn't arrived yet. Apparently I, not just I, anyone, gets 14 days after purchase to display it. Not that the peelers were aware of that, and they were quite keen to have my £30 fine. They didn't get it.

I wish they get rid of the reg plate as well, all you'd need is some kind of transponder fitted in.

transponder that will be the future but will it transpond you as well to where you want to go Dr who!!!!!
