Has anyone got any experience of ticketsfor a chain on lampost? Tonight I parked in westminster motorcycle bay but ran chain from bike around lamppost. Breathing in westminster is a penalty offence but anyone got any thoughts on this?

Is the ticket for parking or obstruction or something
