Roll On Monday.

Post by macamxthe1st »

My dealer emailed me today to cofirm that my new 650 will be delivered to them on Monday morning. Better still they are more than happy for me to to assist/hinder with the uncrate and build meaning I can get in there with the Acf when I can get the best access. Now that what I call a really good relationship. Top bike, Top dealer, bodes well me thinks.

Geoff.

Great News!
Regarding the ACF50 I have been toying with getting some for my new Burgman 400
Only done 350 Miles so far and all on dry roads so the bike has not got that dirty......
Where would you apply it to a Burgman 400?
Obviously I could wipe the wheels over and spray the stands but what else.
I guess the best way would be to remove most of the Plastics???

On a burgman id apply to the exhaust, as the black finish can be prone to corrosion. Also the front forks, shiny fasteners, and a wipe over on the wheel rims.
Im not a gynecologist, but I dont mind taking a look.

And the underside of the engine, where it's hidden by the fairing, the pivot points for side and centre-stand, the area behind the front fairing down low, the area under the nose of the fairing up high, the visible parts of the frame panels alongside the underseat storage area and for good measure under the engine cover on all visible and accessible metal parts.
No door is closed to an open mind.
Except a closed door, which a mind can't open, but even a stupid hand can.
