Still have a soft spot for old SeeEnn - even if the one I had to ride was Blezards while he rode off on a posh Italjet.
Needless to say it went back cleaner than it came, (you could even see through the screen!) and with air in the tyres. But I loved it - it was all so wrong it was just right!

They are bloody ugly but they grow on you. Hard to beat for riding position.

thats good Pickey just treated mine to some new rubber and boy what a differance it made on the front as i was running what i think must have been the original tyre a square looking cross ply thing that tramlined badly.
The tire just wouldnt wear out and still hasnt.
Would be ok in america on straight concrete roads

Pickey I will take some photos of the run this weekend and post them.
Its a run to a open day at one of NZ best kept secrets . A car muesem called Southwards.
It is one of the best private collections in the southern hemisphere.
It started as a motorbike collection and has grown from there.
some really rare stuff .

Ive got bit of a dilemma this year as got my "Vespa Italian dream" in June then have got Lands end John o groats on Helix in July and I have a rule only 1 scoot on road at a time .Will keep Helix on road for rest of year then tho I think .

Hard decisions. Just ride them anyway.
Fine or traffic penalty for me is less than registration cost.
