I'm staggered that he gets only 2 years for causing a death (while already banned and uninsured) but twice as long for trying to cover it up!

I'd have thought 4 years for perverting justice and at least 8 years for the accident would've been justified - though nothing brings her back, really sad.

Those sort of junctions are very dangerous, even for experienced people. I wouldn't like to be riding a little scoot along that road cos there's too many car drivers, too concerned about their own progress than the safety of others.

I agree the guy is a totalCUNT and should serve a longer term as he clearly knew what he was doing showing no remorse in his actions.

Its because he pleaded guilty to the death but not trying to cover it up.
