Two videos, first one in the Pyrennes near Barcelona on my Beverly. That's JimC in front, in case any of you ex X9ers recognise him!

Second in the Black Forest on my way to Switzerland playing with a couple of friends on sportsbikes on my BMW

Re: European Holiday Videos
Not right on topic but after I saw your vid I got sold on the wunderlich attachment. It looks great, I hope it works as great.
If you ever want to sell it, I'll gladly take it of your hands, if I haven't already bought one.
With the bikes you are hanging with, I understand why you would consider a more powerful geared bike. While maxis are good in many things, power and gears are not one of them.

It looks good! I am quite tempted to drive back to Budapest... My fear is the 330cc engine...

Re: European Holiday Videos
Here's another one of a 20 mile ride along the B500 in the Schwarzwald.
[BBvideo 560,340][/BBvideo]
I'm the lead bike at the lights at around 5.30 followed by a BMW1200RR. The guy filming is riding a Triumph Explorer 1050 and in front of him in a white helmet is a BMW K1200R. I actually had no idea I was going so quickly and up to about 12.30 it is me in the lead followed by the K series followed by the Trumpet. Just breathtaking scenery. What surprised me is that I arrived seconds after the other two at the end of the 28 minutes.

Re: European Holiday Videos
Nice.
Makes me want a map and a ferry ticket......
I think speed is deceiving on a civilised automatic. The pulses of power band, the noise and fuss on a geared bike make you feel as though you are accelerating quicker. With the smooth power of an auto it's sometimes a bit of a shock to see how quickly the speedo has moved.
