Just wondering what your ritual is when you get home after a long ride.
Yesterday after doing the best part if two hundred miles, I put the bike on the patio through the cover on it and forgot about it. Head side for a bit if dinner and few beers and maybe a glass or three of Red Stag. Busy today so tomorrow Jezebel ( that's the bikes name cause she leads me astray) will get a good rub down with some furniture polish. Then I'll check the fluid levels.
When getting back from the ace cafe at 2am a mate if mine will spend a couple of hours cleaning, checking levels including tyre pressures before going to bed.
So what do you do ?

Re: At the end of a long ride
Well yesterday was about 240 mile round trip, so all it got was a quick whip onto the paddock stand and oiling of the still warm chain.
Often I'll use the garden sprayer on it to wash off muck and bugs before they get too settled, but not yesterday.
But that's the bike, I admit the scoot gets even less attention, part of the benefit of the breed to me. Every month or so I feel guilty and give it a wash and spray of Mr Sheen.
