Nice, if you can get pictures of the Forza centrestand mounts that would be very interesting.
Look forward to your ride reports

I know Hondas have a reputation for dullness, but there really has to be something more interesting about the Forza than its centrestand mounts!!!!!gn2 wrote:Nice, if you can get pictures of the Forza centrestand mounts that would be very interesting.

True, the valve clearance adjusters are far more exciting, but it is the centrestand mounts which are topical at the moment.
(my PCX is currently suffering from broken crankcase disease)
Anyone found out yet if its shims or screw and locknuts on the Forza?

Re: Forza and yourban
Don't know for sure but I've read somewhere the valves only need checking every 16000 miles. So bound to be bucket and shims because they normally don't need checking very often, and if necessary, adjusting until very high mileages. Screw and locknut would be a big mistake I reckon. The new Forza is much better to maintain that the SH models with much better ease of access to the engine alround.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Broken crankcase disease???? Thats sounds serious! Tell me more...I've been toying with a PCX to replace the wretched Baby Burger for my commute.gn2 wrote:True, the valve clearance adjusters are far more exciting, but it is the centrestand mounts which are topical at the moment.
