Take a look at what this guy has done to the TMAX https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwGLVsrYpk4

I have mixed feelings about it, yes it is clever and I bet it's fun to ride - at least for a while but it's lost its scooter look - reminds me of those racing lambrettas.

Roland Sands has a mainly motorcycle background and I think that is what he has turned this TMAX into.

Any thoughts ?

Looks great fun, I hated those racing Lambrettas, couldn't see the point. I bet that custom would cost a bomb though. icon_looking-good.gif

Seen this months ago!
I admire it for being different (unlike some of the other 'hyper' modified Tmaxs which just had a few accessories bolted on), and it looks quite good, but....what is the point???

The point ? if you dont need to much storage, though it looks like it still has some under seat room, if you dont need fairing protection, then its a blast round town to bike meets n such, not to be used on long trips, just short runs round town n such, it would be amazing :)

I like it, albeit not very practical.

I really like it. I think the long wheel base of the Tmax suits it well. Roland Sands makes some cracking bikes and i like the fact he looks outside the norm and does something like a Tmax. He did a superb KTM Cafe Racer and a Street TRacker thing for Travis pastrana both of which I really liked.

It looks amazing. I could never imagine a TMax could look like that. I wouldn't like to make mine like that but it is a work of art nevertheless.

Would have like to have seen the bike rather than listen to him yackyity yack all the time but what I did see I liked.
