Went over to Swindon today, just for a ride and to look at stuff. Had a good look around the Integra. Now Im one of those weirdos that doesnt find it ugly, and overall it seems very nicely made and the red is lovely. Yes the optional panniers look naff but I like it.... but, why oh why is it £7500 when the NC700X DCT is £6350? Try as I did, I just couldnt work out what you get for all that extra cash.

Thought the NC looked alright to, wouldnt mind a go on one.

Yep who knows the mysteries of vehicle pricing. I suppose it may in part down to the amount of extra bodywork the Intregra has. Does the Integra have a different frame?

The NC700S DCT is about £6350. The NC700X DCT is £6700.

How come Honda UK are showing the S @ £5,350* and the X @ £5,850*? Are these the manual gear versions? The site (seems to) indicate that these are the DCT models.

Sorry John, but those prices are for non DCT models as you suggest in your text..... I wish they had been that price!

The Integra is a good looking bike, If I get a new bike in a couple of weeks time when I come back from a French trip, the Burgman will be P-exed for a Manual NC700S, (I can live without a complicated box of tricks to change gear) or a very good low mileage Silverwing.
My latest rides on the CB250 Nighthawk, give me 103 mpg, so the technology on the NC series of bikes is not that outstanding, as I was running the bike at the normal speed of other road traffic.

Confused... I have been.

I'm still not convinced by the looks or premise of the Integra. As I said when the first pre-production pictures started to appear, it's neither fish nor foul.
Put a false tank on it for extra storage and then it's a maybe.

Obvious - you have to pay extra for less space!!!!
And I bet you didn't know that a fairing costs £1,150 to make!!!

Well, Ive not seen another yet so obviously people are voting with their wallets. If only it had storage and shaft drive, then it would be worth say £7000.
