Hi guys.
hope someone can help me out here.
i have just bought a little yammie 125 BWS, unfortunately the rear shocks are diabolical, much worse than my chinese scooters rear end.[jonway]
is there any uk aftermarket scooter guru /tuning/modifying specialist or is it a case of bringing in all the add on goodies from the usa?
the scoot has 2k miles on it and the previous owner sold it on as it was just too uncomfortable for him, even with softer tyre pressure.
luckily for me this equated to a very good deal for me.[cannot believe that some dealers are selling this model for £2750 !!,i love it but its not worth that sort of money]
i love the size and look of the scoot but must say i was a little disappointed with the shocks and lack of trip-meter,the scoot goes well but i live in the beccles/ bungay region and all the little country roads are very bumpy,on many corners the rear wheel just lifts off the ground when i hit a bump mid-corner,damping is non existent .the motor is as sweet as a nut and i am aiming to keep this scoot for a couple of years ,so i want to get the handling sorted.
any help on where i can buy a set of shocks will be much appreciated.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksi ... s&_sacat=0
then look to the bottom of the page and it tells that the same ones fit the yamaha zuma, one of them also gives the size, so search for the same size on ebay and see what comes up

hi,thanks for that but,
i am actually a member the usa zuma site,so i have seen all the shocks available from the states and other regions that advertise on ebay, but i was hoping to find a uk stockist,it does appear that there isnt a big market for upgrades here in the uk.
