The dealer is not really overpricing the scoot, he has his money tied up on it, his gamble is nothing is wrong with it and he will have to guarantee it, or reduce the price to get a deal done with the new owner.

Oh don't get me wrong, I think the dealer is OK. They did me a good deal on my new bike, and I have nothing but praise for them. Buy it from them, you'll get a good bike that I had a lot of fun with
