Good ride from Harlow to Saffron Walden and see some old and new faces. Headed off on my own afterwards via Haverhill and Sudbury and enjoyed the new bike. A quick stop off at the Adnams shop in Hadleigh and was home just after 3. Cheers Peter!

Been home for about 1/2 hour, foolishly stopped off and got fuel (140 miles and I only did 9.33 litres! All my mods are fantastic). It was a stupid choice because I was supposed to be accessing the fuel pump again to change the FPR and don't want to do it with a full tank! Numpty.
So will save that for another weekend, Dr Pulleys tomorrow!
Rideout: Was really good to meet a couple of new/old forum members and despite the rain yesterday and over night no detours needed to be made. There were only a few wet spots and the odd puddle but nothing we had to 'deal' with.
My satnav decided it wanted to take a short cut and we ended up heading to Haverill and went round the by pass instead of going through Steeple Bumpstead up to New England.
Your welcome Chris

Thanks Funkie for showing us the Essex A and B roads, gravel strewn lanes and the famous Ongar chippings...
Some nice lanes and a bit of hedge swinging!
Thanks also to my SatNav Michael for getting me there...
Nice to meet a few more Muppets, was a bit of a T Max fest!
Hope all had a safe ride home...

Great to meet up with folks again. And big thanks to Funky ,, It was good to have a guided tour of the area.
Some lovely thatched cottages and also thatched barns,, which I've not seen many of before.
Apologies for only doing half the tour,, I had to shoot off to St. Leonards to see my chum.
Then set off for home at 6am today and arrived just in time to open the gym!
