I went cycling today around the 7 mile track in Richmond park to see how my lungs would hold up...puffed and panted up the small hills and only got halfway up the hill [steepest in the park] before the Isabella Plantation car park and walked the rest.
So not too bad, will see how I feel tomorrow and make my mind up whether or not I take the scooter for a soggy pie and lumpy mash with salty gravy,,,meal

Thanks darling I'm still feeling like shit, what with lack of sleep due to the coughing and last nights thunderstorm didn't help..

At least the weather will be warm and dry, ideal for scootering as not hot either.
