Ok so it's 18 June for you folks down south - I'm at loch lomond so can rendezvous with you on the a82 - this carry on with pikey is doing my head in so can all interested folk confirm on "muppets" if they are actually going - lots and lots of options for accommodation including camping b & b etc etc

Pete, I usually use the A1/A66 route and avoid Birmingham and M6, not considered where to stay yet, sometimes I get going really early (5am) and go straight up to the Highlands.
Accommodation in June should not be a problem. I think Julian has a rough idea of where he's staying, although we may alter things for us the soft southerners.
Good to have you along, which bike will you be taking?
