On a personal note, and being more used to working on older bikes, I hate dome headed allen bolts anywhere near the rear wheel as they eventually rust and then round out. The larger ones in your kit aren't so bad but those little ones are a real pain.
Good point

I did think of putting a bit of copper grease on the threads for the same reason, might do so on hindsight

Neat bit of kit 👍

I always bin the fasteners that come with parts like this. You can't blame them for using Chinese tat, no one will pay more for decent bolts, but they really do find some amazing materials. Who knew cheese-toffee could be made that'll turn to rust when someone in the pub down the road opens a packet of crisps.
