If i use the bus lane on my scooter the lights do not change ,
i think its to do with weight of scooter not enough,
its got a bloody big sign with taxi bikes and motobikes on it, iv not noticed a taxi in that lane either

The lights with detectors pick up movement and shape. Never had that problem before but surely you just change lane in the event a car does not come along

We'll tell the MoD to get their nuclear submarines the fuck off our west coast and we'll start drilling for the oil which is out there.
Then we'll tell you to ram the pound up your arse and keep all the debt you ran up in our name.

Vote Yes, a vote for a better future.

But as a motorcyclist I am obviously going to ignore that and just take my normal route home. Obviously!
I get those notifications nearly every bloody day but I didn't get one today and the A13 was closed! All traffic was being diverted off onto the A406. It was a nightmare, even on a scooter.

With regards to the original post, it's not just motorcyclists that have below average intelligence. It really gets on my tits when motorists refuse to go into bus lanes even when it's permitted to do so and swerve out at the last moment.

Ah but cagers are a lower form of life entirely....you can't expect them to do anything sensible, especially with them being on the phone, watching a DVD, having a full meal and arguing with various family members whilst driving!

I had an issue with a set of (normal) traffic lights that stopped detecting the scoot on my way to work (not many cars around as I go in very early). I rang the council, and at first the bloke tried to tell me it was due to there not being enough metal in a scooter - the engine, wheels and frame obviously being made out of some form of hard plastic these days. I pointed out that the lights used to work just fine - Oh, the bloke said, we'll adjust the sensitivity of the sensors, and to be fair, they did do something as a day or 2 later the lights started detecting my approach instantly!

I'm very disappointed that a simple forum item ended in giving the people of Scotland a hard time! Doesn't mater what the out come is. This is a forum for Scooter owners! I'm saddened to read the abuse given to the people of a democratic country and there rights to choose or not the chance of independence! I now know what a lot of you think of us Scots. Thank you very enlightening.

When did Scots loose their sense of humour? Maxi-muppets has always been irreverent but rarely personal
