Hi again, I've tried to find this route 38 cafe on google maps using post code as well, but i can't seem to find it, can anyone help with this please.

Phil has told me but forgot the post code is an industrial estate at Wrangleton. Im assuming come off A38 if going south bound as if taking back road to Ivybridge again Im guessing its on that industrial estate should be a sign as get close .

It's on the Anna Mill Business Park, Wrangaton TQ10 9HQ, on the B3213 Bittaford Rd. What direction are travelling?

You'll be looking for Modbury turn off, just after Marley Head on the A38, as you come down the hill there's a slip road from Avonwick on your side of the carriageway, and a Shell garage on the opposite side, Modbury turning is next one after that. Be very careful when you come down the hill, cos the local numpties fly out onto the 38 and never indicate or look!
