it is a good looker, thats why i tried one, the cygnus is great for really short trips .but no power(gutless) purely a town hack..the hondas are so much better performers, iv'e had a dylan also.again good speed an cheap to run...for me as iv'e said swing 125 all the way if it's that size engine you want..SpikeOne wrote:Was the Cygnus that bad? Stop \ Start technology is a bit more advanced than you may think. It will not cut out if the engine has not reached it's operating temperature and has enough battery life. Cars are a bit more prone to this effect, we have a Hyundai i10 Blue with stop\start and if you have lights, heaters, rear screen on etc, it will also not cut out until it has reached full temperature which could be after 5 miles or so.andyscooter wrote:also found out how the stop start works on it
wasnt too sure how you could warm them up in the morning without them going into standby mode
there is a button on the right hand handlebar you push to change it over
so thats one button that wont ever get used
Leave it in idle stop, the idle stop only starts functioning once the engine has warmed up and there's no need to let it warm up before riding anyway.andyscooter wrote:also found out how the stop start works on it
