Re: More burger woes

Well my Burger woes are sort of over in one way, and then its bringing new problems to the table.
Whilst on my way up to Newcastle on Monday, me & my cousin were both took off by a patch of diesel just before a roundabout near disforth airfield. She had the lead, and using engine breaking to slow down from 30mph lost her back end. She went down like a sack of spuds taking the full impact on her left shoulder. Me bringing up the rear also slowing down with the throttle and rear brake, tried turning sharply to avoid hitting my cousin. So i lost my front end, i hit the deck at warp speed, and remember rolling down the road a few times with the burgman rolling over the top of me. I felt a lot of pain in my foot, but as soon as i stopped rolling i jumped straight up to check on my cousin.
Because the last thing i saw when rolling was my burgman heading towards my cousin like a missile. It did hit her in the back, but it only knocked the wind out of her. Thankfully she only has some bruises & soft tissue damage in her shoulder.
I had to go to the walk-in centre on Tuesday, only to go to A&E then find out my left foot has 2 fractures in it. and a nasty graze on left elbow (so much for that armour protection)
Textile jacket was pretty much shredded, my burgmans left side was scratched to shite, the console around the key area all came away, screen snapped off, centre stand embedded into the bodywork. My cousins bike was an instant write off. All from about 30-35mph
Now starts all the legal stuff....
