Not quite right I'm 74 and renewed my photo last August.
Just looked at that Post office thing £21 seems a bit expensive cost me £12 for the photos and that's it. Just entered Sheffield on that PO site and apparently I can get it done at the local childrens hospital, thats weird.

Hi Knight. Just to avoid confusion. The new licence renewal changes have only recently come in this year. They said anyone who has just renewed their licence photo & is 70 or over will never be asked to renew their photo again. So if your photo had expired & you renewed it, you won't now ever need to renew it again. Just renew your licence in the usual way. Of course it's probably different if it's a commercial licence. But I didn't go there with DVLA. It's DVLA, not the DVSA as someone mentioned earlier.

It's not a HGV licence I had that removed as soon as I retired. No temption to go back to work now, still miss driving artics though.
