Hopefully this will be the same all they quoted 10-14 days! only need another 90 miles out of the JT and I'm not exactly stressing or loading it at the moment! :D

I bought a mk3 Tmax belt from easyparts.nl a couple of months ago (official Yamaha part). Things from them usually comes very rapidly (via UPS), and it worked out at just less than £100 as I didn't have to pay VAT on it (I've no idea about how these new VAT rules work!). Everything always seems to be on back order at Fowlers! Easyparts seem to have more things in stock, or probably quicker access to Yamaha's European parts warehouse in the Netherlands, and are much clearer about when things will ship eg things might not be in stock, but they say they'll ship in 2 days or whatever.
I've heard so many horror stories about delays on imports, I didn't even bother to look to Europe for a belt. Ill give them a go next time. Cheers!

I was going to make my own one of these with drilled wood and threaded bar. Bit like yer man here...

Pipe end caps are available on eBay, but I'll try and find one locally first I think?

My variator tool didn't arrive Saturday with Amazon saying sorry its running late. Apparently its now going to arrive today or I can get a refund from tomorrow! If it doesn't show up and I have t get a refund i'll try and order the full set from Easyboost direct, which looks like its cheaper, if they will sell to UK? If not I'l buy from the Polish eBayer but that doesn't include the clutch tool.
