In the big storm of 1987 I was living in Reading and gained an extra tree in my garden!

According to the news downunder the worst is over which is good but it sounds like there will be a big clean up.
Luckily to get away with only 2 fatalities

Bournemouth beach huts got off lightly.

They had a row of concrete beach huts near that restaurant in Milford on Sea where the windows were smashed by chunks of concrete in the waves....
Had to love the old boy looking at the wreckage who said:
"I prepared for winter this year, repainted, got a new padlock and hinges, and packed them with special grease. I'd show you, if I could find the door, and the wall it was attached to...."
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!

I'm not saying it was bad down here, but look at what washed up!
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!

When I saw that on the news, I thought it was a absolutely classic comment!!
As I grow older, my mind doesn't just wander......sometimes it buggers off completely!!
You can't avoid growing up, but you can be immature all your life!

I have flown about 30 times in the last 6 months. In storms and everything, Some landings were a bit interesting.
