Re: Tmax any Good?
Had 2 mark 1's and one mark 2. Now have a 2012 mark 3 and I can't fault it. Magnificent machine, easier on the eye than the mark 4 (IMO) The only change I've made is a Givi sports screen, no buffeting issues but I'm only 5' 6... I only use mine for leisure purposes but jump on it whenever the sun is out, like today!

How do we know that mk2 was Japan made and the mk3 Spain made?tmaxrobbo wrote:I've had 5 T Max's The first Mk 1 2 Mk 2's and 2 Mk 3's . All Brilliant do everything bikes . For me the Mk 2 was the best built as it was made in Japan as opposed to Spain and finish was impeccable .

Build Quality on the 1's and 2's Very very good . My 2 Mk 3's though Fantastic were not as well built /Had to be really cared for especially living on the Coast . I heard that the initial bikes were from Japan . I may be wrong of course !!

Re: Tmax any Good?
I heard in an other forum that all TMaxes are made in Japan but no one had any sources listed, and I was wondering.SkuTorr wrote:My 2009 MK3 was built in japan...
Is there some sticker on the TMax somewhere that says made in Japan?

Re: Tmax any Good?
I can't find a sticker like that in that place on my mk4, and I can't say I noticed anything similar on my mk3. There again, maybe I only clean the obvious bits.....

How much above the screen did you fit the Laminar Lip?
