 sorry, my stupid typo

That should say oxygen molecules are larger than nitrogen, so the picture is wrong (sorry been on the Shiraz since 5.00)

Been watching this post with interest as i have been contimplating nitrogen for some time and all these comments just help me cement it is a good idea.
Any thing that saves me time and peice of mind is a good thing.
Shit some of our tires are big on scooter standards and when tramping on a long tour it could only be good
Im convinced thanks guys

Thank bluebottle for the kinetic explanation up till then the claim oxygen was smaller was confusing me on how it was transporting faster. But as the act of transporting the oxygen means that it is filling my tyre with nitrogen for free as I top up then I for one will not be changing. It would be interesting to see of those who fill up with nitrogen do get away without having to top up the tyre pressures. Especially as it will be so expensive to do so!

This whole subject is one of differing veiw points but its not about cost rather than being able to decide on therory and or logic and commmon sense
when your life is on that small object under the back seat then i think it is good to sit up and look at all options.
i dont give a shit what milage i might get from my tire thats not what this is about for me rather, i dont want premature tire deflation when riding at extreemes.

Ah yes, the great bear shortage. I remember it well! Shiraz has less bite I find.
