In my search for bike parking by cutty sark found this off Greenwich council is this for anyone or residents only

Motorcycles and mopeds can be parked free of charge in any resident or business permit bay, or in a pay and display bay, if they are parked perpendicular to the kerb. They cannot park in pedal cycle racks."

I have found proper bike parking bay but of course might be full it looked small on street view .So do we have to pay on a carpark or can we put 4 in a bay and can we put 4 in a street permit bay perp to kerb .I know westminster you have to pay whats the general rules for London what can you get away with

There is a free motorbike/scoot bay near the cutty sark.Its on the right just b4 the underground car park.Just off the cutty sark 1-way system

yes found that on street view wc and starbucks as well

Inside next to the D.L.R. IS Macdonalds.bit cheaper for you Northerns.
