The eleven points was a long time ago and I am happy to report that I have learned from my mistakes and am now an excellent driver.
The phrase I used was "simple human error" I made no reference to whether it was innocent or otherwise.
As is usual, you seem to be twisting my words and having a snide little personal dig at me.
