Good weekend, shame that the weather wasn't too great. I enjoyed the ride out Saturday as did my friend Dave. Not sure if Dave will take to camping as it was wet and like others kept me up half the night with it continually lashing down. Probably explains that when I eventually stirred to get up and de-camp, not a sole in sight. Sorry that I missed everyone and didn't get the chance to say goodbye! Took me just on four hours to get back 210 miles door to door. Rain eased up a bit nearing Derby and the further south I got the stronger the winds became.
Thanks for organising the event Alan and it was nice to meet up again and know that funds were raised for the air ambulance.
Look forward to the next ride / meeting, which sadly will not be next weekend.

Good weekend and it was great to see everyone again.
Big thanks to Alan for organising everything. Except he forgot to put entertainment on this year!
Well done Roger for travelling all that way, and to Frank for giving me board and lodging.
The pub was good, my meal was excellent (although others' didn't seem up to scratch)
The actual camp site wasn't great though. The rain obviously didn't help but I think next year, we need to go back to the Royal Oak or look elsewhere.
Roll on Belgium! :D
