Red, as long as your bike has covered around 7.5k miles, it's ok to use fully synthetic oil. Best not to use it before then as fully syn is so good a reducing friction that it may prevent the engine from fully conforming (running in). Full conforming of the 399cc Burgman engine takes about 7.5k after which is develops best power and fuel economy. However, some folks on here have used it earlier and their bikes are fine. It all depends how the initial bedding in process was handled. Enjoy your bike!
