A decent read on Maxi Scoots would be good - especially one on Burgs, but seeing as such does not exist I'll keep trolling through Google.

Re: Bike mags
I would buy any mag they brought out with "Tina Tailpipe" in it.
Unfortunately they wouldn't get away with it today!

Re: Bike mags
Why anyone would bother with any printed magazine these days is a bit of a mystery to me.
Any information you get will likely be a month old, any product reviews you see will be irrelevant compared to real owners opinions, experiences and videos and there is always much more in depth information available than on a one or two page review that may be influenced by an advertiser.
I guess it's a nostalgia thing....

Re: Bike mags
Same here Meldrew. I dropped them like a shot when they went soft porn. What utter shite they started writing! In fairness, over time it has improved a lot since then. I think they learned a valuable lesson. But until Paul Blezzard is re-employed again on the team, I won't buy it on a regular basis as the road tests are not in depth enough for me. I want more technical info about the bike. They often don't even mention the length of the wheelbase. That's something that in my mind is important to know.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Re: Bike mags
I agree the road tests are a bit too brief and certainly lack performance values, which in the twist and go world is rather strange because GPS performance metres are both cheap and available, so a clear bit of track and Bobs your uncle. All to often the road test appears shorter than you would get from the dealer yourself.
For me, I want to know how it compares to the competition along with its running costs?
