Oh! I wonder if that's a 500 only thing. The only suggestion I have is that for cycling I have a few pairs of padded underpants which help quite a bit. Perhaps try something like them? Cycle shops should do them, if not I think Halfords do.

No doubt others may have batter solutions, but you may need to start a separate thread for that to get people's attention.

Yes I remembered I had a couple of pairs of those somewhere, dug them out this morning and they do seem to help although I haven't tried a very long ride yet. The other thing about the Satelis is the hard suspension, I may adjust the rear preload up a couple of notches to see if that helps.

I rode a Sat 500 +/- 1000 miles on a 2 1/2 day dealer trip back from the Factory, I don't recall the scooter being at all vibey though.

I'll ask my tech people on Monday and post a response on this.
