Hi, funny you should ask that, i was just talking to someone at Plymouth Bike Night on Thursday, they said they had one but he had an accident as the wheels didn't drop when he need them to. To answer your question !!! no i haven't tried them myself. But i am willing to try if you have one icon_thumbs_up.gif
I get many different opinions when I'm out and about or at bike shows etc, The harden bikers cock there nose up of huff off in disgust, others want to chat the day away, which is fine, I'm always happy to chat to folk no matter the opinion. Once riders hear a basic story they soften to the idea. But hey each to there own. I am always stopped every time i go out and stop somewhere, which is fine but not wearing textiles in this heat lol but I've changed to leathers now, which are better in the heat. Yeah i know i don't need to wear a helmet etc but i never ride without the proper gear, including a helmet it's really not worth it.
Always happy to meet people for ride outs or even just a cuppa and a chat somewhere.

Gotta say, I love the look of your Burgman trike pointburgman. Must draw a lot of attention. What's the cornering like?
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Been riding for 55 years & owned too many bikes to list here...

Hi Data, I must say i like it and it's very smooth to ride, it has plenty of power even two up. I would say if you want to be a recluse this is not the bike to have because i am stopped for a chat everywhere i go. It gets an amazing amount of attention.
As for handling that all depends on how you have the out riggers set up, as they are adjustable. If You have them quite high you can ride like a normal bike, the only problem with that is you really don't know when the wheels will touch the road so I've adjusted them just off the road so they only touch when i ride. it pretty much, rides just like a three wheel car, it was strange at first but I'm use to it now.
The previous owner had the extra wheels put on but i do know they fit most bikes and they are made by TowPak from the USA
I love riding it and I'll find any excuse to go out. I know it's not really a (Bike) but it's the nearest thing I'll get to now, My accident was down to a car driver, normal excuse ( he didn't see me ) these days you have to ride so defensively as most vehicle drivers are in another world.
