Re: second hand forsa
That would be a waste of time and money as it has been declared that it's on finance, all be it at 0% but it still does not belong to the seller. He needs to pay it off fully before selling or get written permission from the finance company that he can sell it and that the buyer can pay them direct. This happens all the time with dealers, they simply call the finance company for a settlement figure and pay them direct and getting all release paperwork.jamie wrote:cant you just hpi check it ?? ok costs a few quid but carries about 10k insurance if anything goes wrong

If you were mad keen on it, and it was on a HP agreement, you could get the guy to get a settlement figure from the finance company, and pay the finance company direct, and pay the any excess of purchase price over outstanding finance. That way you know you won't left up shite creek if the current 'owner' does a runner.bornagainbiker wrote:That would be a waste of time and money as it has been declared that it's on finance, all be it at 0% but it still does not belong to the seller. Well it may not have quite the horses of the Fuoco but if you're missing three wheels this might do the trick. Light and nimble, It'd be ideal for a lot of your riding and would be good for you to guinea-pig the model for the Muppets!

Apparently nice little things (VERY compact), but can only just get to 60mph apparently, which restricts it to urban use.poldark wrote:Well it may not have quite the horses of the Fuoco but if you're missing three wheels this might do the trick. Think I'll stick with the SH 300 for a while longer...poldark wrote:Well it may not have quite the horses of the Fuoco but if you're missing three wheels this might do the trick. Yep as above...If I do go down the new route, I would part exchange the SH ,,,as changing the number plate over is now a right pain. you can only do it on the internet...so I'll let the shop do it.horobags wrote:have you still got the sh 300 terry??
