My plugs looked in good shape with no crud on them and very clean but i bet they probably have never been changed before.

hi mate i would check with the supplier than the screw tops actually screw off as some in the uk have a soldered top

I'm not in any hurry to take the bike apart again just yet lol so I'll get them from that link you posted.
I plan to do all filters/oil/plugs/etc and can wait, that's not a problem, Cheers again.

ok mate.. you can always ebay email the magnum tuning blokes in the usa as you can check that the link i put up are the AOR12LGS as i used a different link from them as we required the AOR14LGS plugs

I finally got around to ordering those spark plugs from the USA so hopefully they shouldn't be to long before i have them fitted, cheers for the info.

These are the ones I got for my mk 2 Tmax last year.
Once I realised they were fixed on (I snapped half the thread off the first plug but it still works!)
For the second plug, I just drilled the tiny spot welds out and the cap unscrewed.

All good so far.

great news, dont overtighten them remember 1/4 turn after finger tightening

Ok will do, can't wait to see if i get a improvement. torque to 8 lb-ft or 11 N-m

Hi pointburgman, yes it's a good idea to change them anyway. The Brisk plugs are brilliant. Some of the guys I know who bring their 400's to me for service have them and all speak very highly of them. I still don't have one in my 400 yet but it's going to happen soon. Let us all know what you experience once you have changed to Brisk.
